Our Expert Coaching is built on the Six Pillars of the Hex: Gratitude, Courage, Trust, Discipline, Strength, and Belief. Every program is designed to do more than increase your total — it is built to refine your character under load.

“Before I started training with Cierra and Spencer, I was attending group fitness classes at a commercial gym. There was no personalization of any of the programming and only the vaguest sense of what the endpoints or results could be (i.e., “you’ll get stronger!”). I connected with Cierra and Spencer when I moved to the city and by the initial meeting it was clear that this was a different approach to strength. They develop customized programs for me that feel challenging but are always doable. If I am feeling sick, sleep-deprived or have injured myself outside of the gym, they will modify the programming to support my recovery while still ensuring I am making progress. They always explain the purpose of each movement and how, when taken together, they form a holistic six-week training block. Most importantly to me, they provide excellent accountability by refusing to allow me to cheat myself by using lighter weights or dropping reps. If they say I can do it, I can. And I always do. Together, their approach to training and programming has led to real, tangible results. I can skate the entire canal with no hip flexor discomfort and I am lifting weights that once seemed impossible to me. For as long as Cierra and Spencer are working, I will be training with them.
